Are memberships for me?

Memberships are for (nearly) everyone. Whether you’re selling a service (dog walking, coaching) or a product (homemade soaps, muffins), memberships allow you to build a loyal, repeat customer base for your business. And it gives your customers the ability to order once and enjoy your products or services on an ongoing basis, hassle free. 

I don’t usually sell on a regular basis. Are memberships for me?

In our experience, memberships are usually a great way to sell. However, with Loyatlie, you can test the waters, risk free. You simply set up your Loyaltie page, offer a membership plan (ie, what you want to sell), and share the link to the page on social media and with friends and family etc. You will then see what the level of interest is, and only move forward if enough people are interested. 

What if I also want to sell elsewhere (in a store, online etc) 

That’s totally fine. Think of memberships as another way to reach your customers (in addition to a website, a store, etsy, shopify etc). This channel is unique in that customers get what you’re selling on an ongoing basis and you can offer them special deals and products to build a loyal customer base. . 

What if customers don’t want to commit for the long run?

That’s totally fine. Customers can cancel their membership at any time. 

What if a customer wants to pause their membership?

Customers can pause their membership any time.   

Can I offer a trial and only then move to a ‘real’ membership 

Of course, and that’s a great way to test the waters. You can set up a membership plan that is free for the first week/month/delivery, and only then start charging your customers.
