FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What candles does this work best with?
A: It’s ideal for tapers and pillar candles; it can also work for jar candles if the vessel depth allows the bell to reach the flame comfortably.
Q: Is this solid brass or brass-plated?
A: The listing describes it as brass; consider adding a note confirming solid brass vs plated if you know, as buyers often look for that detail.
Q: Will it show signs of wear?
A: Yes—this is a vintage piece, so gentle patina and small imperfections may be present and are part of its character.
Q: How big is it?
A: Approximately 6 inches long.
Frequently asked questions
What type of wax do you use?
We use 100% natural soy wax for all of our candles. It's eco-friendly, burns clean, and provides a longer lasting, even burn.
How do I remove the wax from the vessel?
When it comes to cleaning out candle wax from your vessel, there are a few methods that do the trick, but here are two refreshingly easy ones: The freezer method: Place the jar in your freezer overnight. The wax will freeze and peel off the sides of the jar. After the night (or a few hours depending on the amount of wax), you can remove the jar and remove the wax very easily with a knife. Wash the rest away to give it a new life! Hot water method: This is a tip we recommend for vessels made with a thick glass or material (too thin, there is a risk that the thin glass will shatter). Boil water in a saucepan Then pour this boiling water into the candle jar. Only fill the jar halfway as the wax will rise to the surface on its own Let stand until the water is cold and the wax is on the surface Remove the wax and clean the jar
