Privacy Policy
Loyaltie is a marketplace where people buy directly from independent makers, brands, and local businesses. "Loyaltie," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Loyaltiecom Ltd. This notice explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use loyaltie.com and our related services (the "Services"), whether you shop on Loyaltie (a "Buyer") or sell on Loyaltie (a "Seller"). By using the Services, you acknowledge this notice.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create an account we collect your name and email address. We use passwordless sign-in: you sign in with a link sent to your email, or through Google, Facebook, or Apple. If you sign in with a social account, we receive basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) from that provider. When you place an order with physical delivery, we collect your delivery address and phone number. You may add optional profile information at any time.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment partners, including Stripe and PayPal. Payment processing may be performed by Loyaltiecom Ltd. or by Seven Rounds Processing Ltd., a Delaware company affiliated with Loyaltie; regardless of which entity processes your payment, your agreement is with Loyaltiecom Ltd. Your full payment details go directly to our payment partners and are handled under their privacy policies; we store only limited details (such as card brand, last four digits, expiration, and country) for tax, security, and regulatory purposes. Seller payouts are processed by Tipalti, which collects the bank and tax information needed to pay Sellers.
Seller information. To sell on Loyaltie you may need to provide your business name and address, tax identification details, date of birth, bank account information, and identity documents, as required for payouts, tax reporting, and fraud prevention.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services we automatically receive your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device information, language settings, referring page, the pages you visit and links you click, session length, and cookie identifiers. See our Cookie Declaration for details.
AI shopping assistant. When you chat with Maya, our AI shopping assistant, we collect the contents of your conversation and use them to respond to you, personalize your recommendations, and improve the assistant. Conversations may be processed by our AI service providers and reviewed for quality. Please do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
How we use information
We use personal information to: operate your account and sign you in; process orders, payments, and payouts; deliver products to your address; apply sales tax or VAT; send service messages, and — with your consent where required — marketing email and SMS you can opt out of at any time; provide customer support; personalize your experience, including recommendations; measure and improve the Services; market Loyaltie, including through personalized advertising as controlled by your preferences; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting.
Information shared with Sellers
When you buy from a Seller, we share with that Seller what they need to fulfill your order: your name, delivery address and phone number (for physical deliveries), your order details, and messages you send them. Sellers must keep Buyer information confidential and may use it only to fulfill orders and communicate with you about them. Sellers may not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. Violations can lead to suspension.
Information shared with service providers and others
We do not sell personal information for money. We share personal information with service providers who work on our behalf: cloud hosting, payments (Stripe, PayPal, Seven Rounds Processing Ltd.), payouts (Tipalti), email and SMS (Klaviyo), messaging (Sendbird), social messaging automation (ManyChat, for Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations), analytics and site experience (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar), advertising measurement (Meta, Google Ads), error monitoring, search, and fraud prevention. These providers may use the data only to provide services to us. We also disclose information when required for tax reporting, in response to valid legal process, to protect Loyaltie and our users, or in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization (in which case this notice continues to apply to transferred data).
Advertising. Like most online businesses, we use advertising partners (such as Meta and Google) that collect identifiers and browsing activity through cookies and pixels on our site. Under some laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time by emailing support@loyaltie.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," and we are working to support browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email support@loyaltie.com with your name, the email on your account, and the request; we may verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Marketing opt-out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any marketing text to stop SMS. Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages about your account and orders.
Children
The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 16 to use Loyaltie, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@loyaltie.com and we will delete it.
International transfers, legal bases, and retention
Loyaltie is headquartered in Israel and processes data in several countries, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Where GDPR applies, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services), or with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
