I ended up trying all of the VYRO strips and I honestly love them. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but they’ve all been super convenient and easy to use—no water, no pills, which I really like. The Sleep one is probably my favorite though. It helps me wind down at night without feeling heavy or out of it, and I wake up feeling normal, not groggy. That’s been a big thing for me because most sleep products don’t do that. Overall I’ve just had a really good experience with all of them. You can tell they actually put thought into how these work and how easy they are to take. Definitely something I’ll keep using.
