Vivolo Coffee began with founder Alex Vívolo Griffith, who wanted to create a place where people could gather and feel connected, inspired by the Sunday dinner rituals of his Southern Italian family and in honor of his mother. As soon as green beans arrive, we're able to roast in small-batches to lock in the freshest flavors before we serve this coffee at the café or ship it direct to customers in the U.S.

Yes. We source coffee direct from farmers in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. We also go a step further and source rare microlots from top producers across Colombia. Our goal is to share the best single origin specialty coffees available in Colombia today.
