About Vivolo Coffee
Vivolo Coffee began with founder Alex Vívolo Griffith, who wanted to create a place where people could gather and feel connected, inspired by the Sunday dinner rituals of his Southern Italian family and in honor of his mother. His vision took root in Santa Marta, Colombia, where Vívolo Café was born and is now in its third year of operation as a gathering place for locals, travelers, and coffee enthusiasts. Vivolo’s coffee is roasted in Colombia at Vivolo Café in Santa Marta on Colombian-built equipment by a team of Colombian and Venezuelan coffee professionals.
