With the rise of functional mushroom supplements and other mushroom coffees and coffee substitutes, we knew we had to find a way to offer it to our clientele. Additionally my mushroom farmer had a problem, fresh mushrooms have a short shelf life, if a chef like me doesn't order them, they start to wilt. So I was happy to solve 2 problems at once, the mushroom farmer was able to quickly harvest and dry unsold mushrooms, and we were able to create a product for our customers.
The biggest complaint we heard about other mushroom coffees was that they were overpriced and underflavored. A lot of our guests said they wouldn't be able to make a routine of mushroom coffees because of it. So with this blend we prioritized flavor. With mostly a lightly roasted Colombian coffee we were able to make a gentle blend that you doesn't taste of earthy mushrooms. Pre-ground and mixed to be able to be used in any standard coffee pot, its never been easier to work into your routine. Our philosophy was simple, even if you aren't getting any health benefits from the mushrooms, you should at least be able to enjoy your coffee. Any health benefits just become a pleasant extra.

How Fresh is the Coffee?
We roast weekly, and to order. Coffee is always within 14 days of roast when it leaves our shop. Coffee past this mark is what we call "old" coffee which gets utilized in our coffee cosmetics

Simply put these are scrubs, soaps, lotion and chapsticks that we make in house (with nothing we wouldnt put on our own body) as part of our effort to create a 0 waste roastery
