ABOUT
This is a bulk-size cold brew coffee option made for smooth, easy-to-filter cold brew at home or in foodservice. Use it to brew a bold concentrate with lower perceived bitterness than typical hot-brew iced coffee.
KEY BENEFITS
Coarse grind supports cleaner extraction and easier straining for cold brew.
Bulk 5 lb format helps reduce cost per serving for daily drinkers.
Great for brewing concentrate you can dilute with water or milk.
Ideal for meal prep, offices, and small-batch café service.
Works well with common cold brew systems, buckets, and large mason jars.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Is this pre-ground or whole bean?
A: Choose the format that matches your setup; for cold brew, a coarse grind is typically recommended for easier filtering.
Q: How much coffee should I use for cold brew?
A: Many brewers start around 1:4 to 1:8 coffee-to-water by weight depending on whether you want concentrate or ready-to-drink strength, then adjust to taste.
Q: How long should I steep?
A: A common range is 12–24 hours; shorter can taste lighter and longer can taste more intense depending on your grind and ratio.
Q: How do I keep a 5 lb bag fresh?
A: Portion into airtight containers (or vacuum-seal) and store cool and dry; freezing sealed portions can help preserve flavor for longer.

We roast weekly, and to order. Coffee is always within 14 days of roast when it leaves our shop. Coffee past this mark is what we call "old" coffee which gets utilized in our coffee cosmetics
What are coffee cosmetics?
