How does the programme work?+
You join through impact.com, build links to any product, maker or category on Loyaltie, and earn commission on orders that come from those links. Tracking, reporting and payment all run through impact.com.
How do I qualify?+
There is no minimum audience size, no fee and no exclusivity. We look at whether your audience is real and whether the products would genuinely suit them. Most applications are approved quickly.
How do I get paid, and when?+
Monthly, in cash, in USD, through impact.com. Orders lock 27 days after the end of the month they were tracked, and payment follows 20 days after that.
Do I earn on returning customers?+
Yes. Every order you refer earns, whether the buyer is new to Loyaltie or has shopped with us before.
What does “the whole basket” mean?+
If someone clicks your link for one product and checks out with five things from four different makers, you earn on the entire order — not just the item you linked to.
Can I run paid traffic?+
Yes. Paid traffic is welcome. We ask that you do not bid on Loyaltie brand terms.
Can you send me product to try?+
Yes. Tell us what your audience cares about and we will send something. There is no obligation to post about it.
Can I talk to the makers directly?+
Yes, and we would encourage it. Tell us which makers interest you and we will make the introduction.
Will my rate change?+
Not without 30 days’ written notice. That is written into the contract, not a policy we can quietly revise.
Is there a fee to join?+

Loyaltie is a US marketplace for local commerce. We connect buyers directly with small, independent makers — coffee roasters, skincare formulators, small-batch food producers, pet food companies — across seven everyday categories, with the option to buy on a recurring plan.
The idea is simple. Great local products are scattered across Instagram, farmers markets and small websites where nobody finds them, and the platforms that could fix that have spent twenty years removing the human being from the transaction. We are trying to put them back.
