I don't know what magic they put in this mix, but it's amazing. I followed the directions exactly and the batter was so light and fluffy like marshmallow fluff. I have never seen this with a gluten free mix, and I've tried almost every one available on the market. The cake baked up beautifully in a 9 x 12 stone pan, it didn't sink, and it stayed moist for days. The subtle citrus notes were delicious and it wasn't dense whatsoever. If I hadn't made it myself, I would've thought it was a gluten mix. I'm so impressed I will definitely buy more!

I have made these brownies MANY times and they are always a hit. Just tried baking them with apple sauce instead of oil or butter (dairy-free) and they came out great. Just substitute 2/3 cup oil of 2/3 cup apple sauce.

After I tasted this banana bread, I had to check the box to make sure I hadn't bought a wheat-flour mix. That's how good it tastes! My grown sons never want to eat what I have baked because they usually know immediately when it's gluten free. Yesterday they tasted the banana bread from your mix, and the comment was, "Mom, this is freaking delicious!" You can bet I'm going to be trying more of your products.
