Can I try your service before committing to a plan?
Yes! I offer a trial session and mutual interview, so you can experience my services before committing to a plan. This way, you can experience my care style firsthand, and we can ensure I'm the best fit for your family’s needs!
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
I understand that life happens! You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no extra charge. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be subject to a small fee or loss of session credit, but I try to be flexible when possible. Clients on a plan can pause or adjust their schedule with advance notice.
What are the benefits of buying on a plan?
Easy, Stress-Free Payments – No need to handle payments each session—just set up a manageable payment plan and focus on your family. Savings & Priority Scheduling! Families on a plan get lower rates per session and first access to available booking slots. Convenience & Stability! A plan ensures consistent care, so your child builds trust and routine without the hassle of rebooking each time.
What areas do you serve?
I currently provide in-person services in North Jersey and virtual tutoring or parent assistance where applicable. If you're outside my usual service area, contact me to discuss possible arrangements!
Do you have experience with special needs or specific age groups?
Yes! I have experience caring for children with different needs, including those with learning disabilities, ADHD, dietary restrictions, and sensory sensitivities. I usually work with ages 3 to 12 years and adapt my approach to meet each child’s developmental stage. If your child has specific needs, I’d love to discuss how I can best support them!
Do you provide overnight or extended care?
Yes, I offer overnight care for families who need support beyond regular hours. This includes bedtime routines, overnight monitoring, and morning prep. Extended care options are available for weekends, travel, or date nights, depending on my availability. Contact me in advance to discuss rates and scheduling!
How do I know my child is safe with you?
Your child’s safety is my top priority! I have years of experience, training in childcare best practices, and excellent references. I maintain clear communication with parents, providing updates during sessions as needed. I am CPR/First Aid certified and can handle emergencies with care and professionalism.
You can easily cancel at anytime. Simply click on "My plans" and cancel your plan. Cancellation is effective immediately, plan stays active for whole current cycle and there will be no further charges.
