What’s included in the $27.99/month therapy package?
The $27.99 plan includes 2 virtual therapy sessions per month, 24/7 access to your therapist for check-ins or support, and unlimited free text venting—a safe space to express your thoughts whenever you need to.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime — no questions asked.
How does the 24-hour therapist access work?
You can reach out to your therapist anytime via text. While responses may not be instant, your therapist will reply within a reasonable time frame, even outside traditional business hours. We’re here for you—day or night.
What is text venting and how does it work?
Text venting lets you message your therapist whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or just need to talk. You don’t have to hold it in—just type it out. It’s included in every plan, free of charge.
You can easily cancel at anytime. Simply click on "My plans" and cancel your plan. Cancellation is effective immediately, plan stays active for whole current cycle and there will be no further charges.
