Absolutely. We believe wellness for you shouldn’t come at a cost to the planet. Our tea bags are made from organic cotton and are fully biodegradable.
How long should I steep my tea?
For the perfect cup, we recommend steeping for 5–7 minutes. Because we use whole-leaf herbs and botanicals, they need a little extra time to release their full potency compared to standard tea dust.
Can I drink these teas cold?
Yes! While a warm cup is soothing, our blends make refreshing iced teas. We recommend brewing them hot first to extract the nutrients, then pouring over ice or refrigerating.
How many cups can I drink a day?
Most of our blends are gentle enough for 2–3 cups a day. However, for specific functional teas (like our "Sleep" or "Energy" blends), we recommend starting with one cup to see how your body responds.

Hi Tameka, thanks for creating such a user friendly site. It's truly beautiful 😍 and a labor of love. By the way, I tried the Butterfly 🦋 Pea Tea and it was delicious. I also had the Lavender Tea when I was having a rough day and I must say, it did calm me down... my my my soothing ✨️ Now I'm looking forward to trying the Stress Reduction, Immune Support & Calm/Relaxation Teas 🍵 along with the Tea Infusers in the near future.
