Are your walkers and sitters trained and background-checked?
Yes. Every team member goes through a thorough background check, hands-on training, and pet care orientation to ensure your pet is in safe, capable hands.
How do your care plans work?
Our care plans offer flexible weekly or monthly scheduling. You choose the number of walks or visits, and we handle the rest — ensuring consistency, convenience, and savings.
What areas do you currently serve?
We proudly serve neighborhoods throughout NYC, with a focus on Manhattan, Brooklyn, and select parts of Queens. Not sure if we’re in your area? Just ask!
Can I meet my walker or sitter before booking?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet so you (and your pet) can get to know your care provider before committing to any service.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety comes first. If it’s unsafe to walk (heavy storms, extreme heat/cold), we’ll provide a shorter outdoor break and focus on indoor play and engagement to keep your pet stimulated.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! We just ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With a care plan, you also have built-in flexibility.
You can easily cancel at anytime. Simply click on "My plans" and cancel your plan. Cancellation is effective immediately, plan stays active for whole current cycle and there will be no further charges.
