Ingredients: Peppermint leaf, raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, ginger root, dandelion leaf, oatstraw, horsetail, chamomile flowers and rose petals. All ingredients organic.


How to brew: Steep 1 tablespoon in 8 fl oz boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
