Ingredients: Chamomile flowers, spearmint, lavender flowers, cassia cinnamon bark, passionflower, rose petals. All ingredients organic.


Steep 1 tablespoon in 8 fl oz boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
