Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, lemon balm, elderberries, Echinacea purpurea herb, Echinacea purpurea root, elderflowers, rosehips, lemons, lemon verbena, Oregon grape root, ginger root. All ingredients organic.


How to brew: Steep 1 tablespoon in 8 fl oz boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.


Caffeine free. Net weight: 2 oz (57 g).
