Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers, peppermint leaf, lemongrass, red clover herb, nettle leaf, alfalfa leaf, oatstraw, horsetail. All ingredients organic.


How to brew: Steep 1 tablespoon in 8 fl oz boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
