I've been cooking and baking since my easy bake oven, for my family, my friends, and later for catering clients and pop-ups. When I started becoming more aware about how toxic the American foods have become I started upgrading my ingredients. I rebuilt every recipe from scratch. I traded refined flours for cassava flour and any other gluten free flours and swapped white sugar for dates. What I didn’t do was give up any flavor along the way. That's how MYFRUGGIES was born.

Today I make cereal bar dessert boxes in six flavors: Brownie Crunch, Sprinkle Cookie, Cookies N Cream, Mixed Berry Walnut, Chocolate Chip, and Cinnamon Toast, each topped with my signature cookie crumble. I also bake cookies, brownies, cakes, pies, and dessert cups that are healthy for us all. Every treat is gluten-free and made with premium whole-food ingredients.
