FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I get the best burn?
A: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and let the wax melt to the edges (about 2–3 hours) to reduce tunneling.
Q: How long should I burn it at a time?
A: For safety and performance, burn within sight and avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time.
Q: When should I stop using the candle?
A: Stop burning when about 1/4 inch of wax remains to help prevent overheating of the container.
Q: What if I don’t love it?
A: The brand offers a 90-day happiness guarantee with returns for a full refund.
