No. All Kiara Naturals blends are 100% sugar-free and contain no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or preservatives. The natural sweetness comes from fruits, herbs, and flowers like hibiscus, apple, and rooibos.
Are your teas made with extracts or flavorings?
Never. We use whole herbs, fruits, and flowers—never powdered extracts, synthetic flavors, or concentrates. What you see in the blend is exactly what you drink.
How eco-friendly is the packaging?
Very! Our packaging uses recyclable tubes and reusable bamboo lids. Everything is plastic-free.
Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes. All blends are naturally caffeine-free, so you can enjoy them morning, noon, or night without jitters. They are designed for gentle, functional energy and balance.

Fell in Love at the SF Tea Festival I discovered Golden Coast Kehwa at the SF Tea Festival and was immediately drawn in by the scent and the beautiful bamboo-lidded tube. The fragrance alone made me pause, it smelled like holidays and rose gardens. I’ve been making a cup every night since. It brews into a gorgeous golden hue and tastes softly spiced, floral, and gently nutty. I came back to the booth just to grab another one before leaving!

Gorgeous Packaging, Even Better Aroma I picked this up at the San Francisco Tea Festival, and it was hands down the most stunning tea at the event. A Little Kashmir in California I grew up drinking Kehwa in Kashmir, so I was curious when I saw this blend at the SF Tea Fest. I was blown away.
