Welcome to Kiara Naturals

I’m Dipika, founder of Kiara Naturals and a mom who grew up in India, where wellness was woven into everyday life. Like herbs in chai, turmeric in food, rituals in rhythm with the seasons.

But after moving to the U.S., wellness became something else more clinical, processed, and disconnected from care.

I created Kiara Naturals to change that.

We make Ayurveda-inspired herbal teas that bring joy, beauty, and ritual back into wellness.

Our blends are made in small batches in California using whole herbs, vibrant flowers, and real botanicals—never extracts, flavorings, or added sugar.
