I’m Dipika, founder of Kiara Naturals and a mom who grew up in India, where wellness was woven into everyday life. Like herbs in chai, turmeric in food, rituals in rhythm with the seasons.

But after moving to the U.S., wellness became something else more clinical, processed, and disconnected from care.

I created Kiara Naturals to change that.

We make Ayurveda-inspired herbal teas that bring joy, beauty, and ritual back into wellness.

This comes beautifully packaged in a textured cardboard canister with a bamboo lid. The presentation is great and it would make a lovely gift to a tea fan. The loose leaf tea blend itself appears to be of high quality and fresh. I put 1 tsp. of this in a cup of nearly boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
