Hi, my name is Mustafa.

I am a first-generation immigrant from Turkey. My childhood memories from Turkey is filled with chocolate hazelnut spread. The snack time in kindergarten, visits from my grandparents, after school snack watching cartoons. A fresh slice of bread with my favorite chocolate hazelnut spread.

After moving to US, I realized that taste didn't exist in this country. The dominant big brand was selling the lowest quality chocolate hazelnut spread that didn't taste anything like I know from my childhood. Years later, brands came up with clean-label, higher quality chocolate hazelnut spreads, but imagine my disappointment when I taste them and they just taste... "healthy".

Frustrated with lack of good options, I decided to use my background in science and experiment with different ingredients and ratios to re-create the taste from my childhood. After over a dozen failed batches, I finally cracked the code and created what I and many of my customers believe "the best chocolate hazelnut spread in the world".

What started in my kitchen, grew to local farmers markets, and now to the whole country.
