Is everything made from scratch?

Yes! CBJ is a small-batch bakery, and our baked goods are made with care using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Nothing about what we do is mass produced.

Is all of your bread sourdough?

Sourdough is at the heart of CBJ! We offer artisan sourdough, soft sandwich sourdough and a rotating selection of other baked goods that are not sourdough.

What are Rogelio’s Cheese Crisps?

One of our customer favorites! They’re crispy, cheesy sourdough crackers made in small batches using our sourdough starter, Rogelio. Warning: stopping at one is difficult. 😉

Do you have the same products every week?

Not always—and that’s part of the fun! Our core favorites are available regularly, but sweets, breads and seasonal items can change from week to week.

Can I preorder?

Absolutely! Preordering is the best way to make sure your favorites don’t sell out before you get to the market.

Do your products contain allergens?

Many CBJ products contain or are prepared around common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. Please ask about a specific product before purchasing if you have an allergy or dietary concern.

How should I store my sourdough bread?

For short-term enjoyment, keep it well wrapped at room temperature. For longer storage, slice it and freeze it—you can pull out exactly what you need and toast or warm it as you go.
