Hi, I'm Amy and I help scrunchy moms make small swaps to healthy, natural living.

In 2022, my family and I were traveling the country in our RV. I noticed it was hard to find clean body care products at the big box stores. During our travels, we stopped at a bee farm in North Carolina and that's where the idea came from. At first we started with balms and salves with beeswax from that first bee farm that we visited. Over time we started dipping my toe into soap making. I truly fell in love. We gathered books, looked online, went to local herb shops, and started crafting recipes. After a handful of test runs I found recipes that I loved. And that is when Balm and Bee was born.
