Yes, We prefer it to be mp3 because the wave file is very large. Sometimes it will not send through email.

We suggest to only send one track per week. Our mondays show is only on one time per week. So sending more than that sometimes can be over whelming. Also sometimes our show may not be a right fit for you. Then we get stuck with having all this music from artist that never chime in.

Once your track is in our system. We normally will send you a email with all info. If you do not receive this email. Your track is not in. To listen to the show, its mainly through station head, our live365 or Instagram live at @airiotutradio

We do not mind either way. It would be totally up to you. we accept it all.

The hold time can be from 3-5hours. We ask that you let all your fans/supporters know this process, so they do not get upset later. It's important you let them know. So, they are aware. Please give them the time, day, name of host and where to listen. This is your responsibility.

We know it seems like alot of rules. However we deal with alot of artist at once. The hsow is set up like this. Send your track in. Get an email back. Call in or log on. Get on the list. Wait to be called. From there the host will ask you name. Go over the topic of the day. Then introduce your track.

The list ends at 10:30pm eastern. This ensures you to get your song played. Coming in after that you risk not getting played due to the callers.

The only way to secure your slot is to be there on time. get your name on the list. Wait for your name and not miss your call.

If you miss your turn and you are on the list. The host has two options. One is to honor you being on the list but putting you at the end of the list. Or giving you an early bird pass for next week. that would up to the host and you.
