On March 3, 2020 After spending a year in the pandemic, I began to wonder what was the most impactful thing I created for myself? I have worked multiple jobs, been affiliated with various organizations, and self help groups. I always felt like, What if I actually create a firm for people who are skilled in their own work and create a team where everyone can become their OWN Boss? Help empower clients to choose to elevate their higher selves and make clients feel good. That is the vision that made me want to create my own Communications brand Blaque GQ LLC. The Firm will set clients in the right direction, and connect them to the right people based on their individual needs. My network of resources will support consumers, professionals, and more!

Over the years, I was inspired with someone who always knew how to make things happen and has been the influence of continuing raising my own standards my colleague/Joint Business Partner Kendekka Green my direction of setting my clients for success is to put myself in their shoes by creating my own business venture I was able to be advised by the best and the best way I know possible to to be mentioned myself. I was hesitant, I had my own doubts for example: What if I fail? What if this won’t work out? I had to acknowledge that I am not the only one who feels like this. Fear creates a barrier for success. So I had to choose to jump right over the barrier and get my life started. I have a full time job, I work out 3 times a week, and I spend time with my family. So with all of my obligations I realized that I had to choose to be my own priority and If I wanted to make things happen, it starts with me. I had to convince myself that with over ten years of Communications, seven years teaching at a Community College, three years at a High School why not create a lifestyle for the life I choose to live for? I have been partnering up with many people and connecting with people about this project was my green light to my firm. 

One platform that I thought of creating my business was Clubhouse. I felt that the time I spent there I was able to connect with insightful people and from there I was able to create my tribe and within my tribe I was able to create my vision with the support of two individuals.
